Requirements

The tenant must demonstrate income that covers twice the rent and must have a working or commercial seniority of at least 3 months.

In the event that either of these two requirements is not fully met, there is the option of adding a guarantor to reinforce the request with your income. The guarantor does not necessarily have to live with the tenant.

Documentation required for:

EMPLOYEE WORKERS:

PHOTO NID front and back.
LABOR CONTRACT (in case it is temporary with an end date within the year, you must present Labor Life).
Personal Income Tax (Model 100).
LAST PAYROLL (or last 3 in case of variables).

SELF-EMPLOYED:

Business activities:

- PHOTO NID front and back.
- Form. Quarterly or Annual VAT (Model 303 or 390, the latest available).
- Personal Income Tax (Model 100).

Professional activities:

- PHOTO NID front and back.
- Form. Quarterly or Annual VAT (Model 303 or 390, the latest available).
- Personal Income Tax (Model 100).

PENSIONISTS

PHOTO NID front and back.
Certificate of public administration.
Proof of said income (950 euros onwards).

BUSINESS:

Name and address and CIF.
Articles of incorporation.
PHOTO NID front and back of the administrator.
Quarterly business tax (Model 303).
If they are exempt from VAT, Form 202.
